A meeting of the District AIDS Council was held on 26-Sep-2022. Meeting was chaired by Mr. Dr. Manzoor Hussain Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority Jhang at CEO Health office Jhang. Participants of the meeting included officials from Social Welfare department, District Jail (Medical Officer), District Health officials (Medical Superintendent, District Health Officer [Preventive Services], Pathologist) and Nai Zindagi Staff.
Nai Zindagi Trust representative presented the overall performance of CoPC+ Jhang Site Office in District Jhang (Mar 2014 to Aug 2022). Mr. Dr. Manzoor Hussain CEO DHA concluded the meeting by appreciating that this is good initiative at District where Punjab AIDS Control Program and Nai Zindagi are working with Collaboration and are being provided harm reduction services and HIV treatment to HIV affected People.
