A District AIDS Council Meeting was held on June 22, 2022, at the District Health Authority Meeting Hall in Bahawalnagar. The meeting was chaired by CEO-District Health Authority Saleem Akbar Laghari. Other participants of the meeting included officials from the District Administration, Social Welfare Department, District Jail, Health Department, and COPc Nai Zindagi.
Provincial Coordinator, Nai Zindagi informed the participants about the organization’s activities and the deliverables of prevention and harm reduction services as well as AAU services. Updated information and data from PWIDs in Bahawalnagar was also shared with the participants.
