H E Arshad Saad Khosa, Pakistan’s Ambassador to Nepal inaugrated the opening session of the Response Beyond Borders consultation in Kathmandu, Nepal. He informed the audience about the importance and role of civil society in providing services to people who use drugs and their families in Pakistan. He emphasized the need for public private partnerships to prevent and halt the transmission of HIV and provide services at scale.
