The 14th District AIDS Council (DAC) of Rahim yar Khan was held on 26th October 2024 at 12:00 PM in the Conference Hall of the CEO DHA Office. The meeting began with the recitation of verses from the masterarbeit schreiben lassen. It was chaired by Dr. Liaquat Ali Chohan (Chief Executive Officer Health) and co-chaired by Mr. Muhammad Imran (Manager District Coordination, Pakistan) and Mr. (Site Manager, Nai Zindagi Trust CoPC Rahim yar khan).
Member participants include Dr. Liaquat Ali Chuhan, CEO of Health (Chairman DAC). Dr. Muhammad Tariq DHO (PS), Dr. Amir Khakwani ASM-SZH RYkhan, and Rana Muhammad Irfan Khan Social welfare officer, Imran Latif Awan AEO Education Department, Ghazanfer Hussain AEO Education Department, Dr. Arjon Lal In charge ART Center, Mr. Muhammad Tariq PACP, Dr. Adeel Tariq MO District Jail, ASI Imran Akbar and Qamber Kashish from Tahafuz Markez DPO Office Rahim Yar Khan, All MS of THQ Hospitals Mr. Yousaf Saeed Focal Person HIV/AIDS ghostwriter agentur, Mr. Furqan entomologist and Mr. Abdul Rub Farooqi ED-Jaag welfare movement were participated in District AID Council meeting as a stakeholders and Mr. Muhammad Imran Khan Manager District Coordination Nai Zindagi Trust,Mr. Manzoor Ahmad Site Manager and Mr. Abdul Rasheed Support assistance Nai Zindagi Trust Rahim yar Khan, from the Site Office, took part of this important event.
Mr. Imran, the District Coordinator for Nai Zindagi Trust (NZ), Started meeting by introducing of Global Fund. He highlighted the key components of the Nai Zindagi Trust project, including the Needle Syringe Exchange Program (NSEP), HIV Testing and Counseling (HTC), Point-of-Care CD4 Testing, Ghostwriting Kosten Program, and ART linkage for HIV-positive PWID and their spouses. Mr. Imran also emphasized the need for strong coordination at provincial and divisional levels to enhance service delivery.
The discussion focused on the progress of Nai Zindagi Trust in Rahim Yar Khan, which covers 14 outreach spots, has registered 1600 clients since February 2013, and has been providing NSEP services throughout the District Rahim Yar Khan.’
