Meeting was started with commencement of the recitation of some verses Holy Quran by Yousaf Saeed. Dr. Ghazanfar Shafique, CEO, DHA Rahim Yar Khan chaired the meeting. Dr. Irshad Nadeem, DHO (preventive services), Dr. Muhammad Amir Khakwani, DMS Sheikh Zayed, and Dr. Abdul Hameed In charge of HIV clinic SZH, Mr. Muhammad Tariq, DEO ART Centre, Mr. Yousaf Saeed, focal person HIV programme, Dr. Abdul Qayyum (Medical Officer District Jail), Mr. Mumtaz Ahmad (representative DPO Office), Mr. Rana Sajjad Ahmad, Deputy Director Social Welfare Department, Mr. Abdul Rub Farooqi (ED Jaag Welfare Movement),Mr. Imran Latif Awan AD Education Department, Muhammad Boota Tahir, Al Hadi Welfare Movement, and Dr. Mujahid (SMO) participated in the meeting of the District AIDS Council. Dr. Mubashar Malik, Province Coordinator Punjab, Muhammad Imran, Manager District Coordination Pakistan, and Manzoor Ahmad, Site Manager CoPC+Site Rahim Yar Khan, also participated in this meeting from Nai Zindagi Trust.
In this meeting, Nai Zindagi Trust shared activities, performance, and measures taken by Nai Zindagi Trust to prevent the PWIDs at District Rahim yar Khan till October, 2023. The participants in the meeting expressed complete satisfaction with the performance of the Nai Zindagi Trust.
