The meeting started with the introduction of the participants of the meeting. Sami ur Rahman ADC (F&P), Mardan,Lubna Shahzaman ADC (Relief & Human Rights), Mardan,Shah Rasool Inspector Police Department, Mardan,Musadiq Coordinator Public Health, Mardan,Hamza Abbas DMS DHQ, Mardan,Jamal Shah District Officer Social Welfare, Mardan,Rooh Ullah AAA NZ Charsadda, Mardan, Shabir Ahmad Provincial Coordinator NZ KP took part in this important event.
Participants in the meeting were briefed regarding the importance of the DAC (District AIDS Council) in Mardan. It was shared by Provincial Coordinator NZ that DAC will be an advisory body or consultative council for HIV-AIDS-related activities in the district. The DAC will work to share the progress of NZT at the district level as well as for coordination, liaison, covering field-related issues, and strengthening the referral mechanism with different stakeholders (working in district)
