In a unique collaboration between Mainline (the Netherlands), Nai Zindagi (Pakistan) and MEWA (Kenya) a weeklong training on women who use drugs was kicked-off in Mombasa Kenya. The training manual was developed based on collective knowledge on how to best work with female drug users. This week, the training is piloted among MEWA outreach workers. The manual will be adjusted, based on this week’s experience and participants’ feedback. NASCOP is included in every step and will endorse the final product. We hope to offer the training in more places and to more target groups in the near future.
